We do not sell personal information or use assessment answers for advertising profiles.

Who we are

Atemon Technology Consultant LLP ("Atemon", "we", "us" or "our") is a technology consultancy based in Kakkanad, Kochi, India. For personal information collected through this website, Atemon is the organisation responsible for deciding how and why that information is used.

This policy applies to atemon.com, its contact form, and the free decision tools provided on the site. A client engagement may require separate privacy or contractual terms.

Information we handle

Information you choose to provide

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, work email address, the type of technology situation you select, your message, and the date and time of the enquiry. If you later correspond with us, we also process the information contained in that correspondence.

Please keep sensitive material out of the contact form. Do not send passwords, credentials, source code, databases, personal data about other people, or confidential project files through the website.

Information generated when the site is used

Our hosting and delivery providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security or error logs.

Information from other sources

If you contact us through LinkedIn or another external service, that service processes information under its own privacy terms. We receive only the information you choose to share with us through that channel.

Why we use personal information

  • Responding to enquiries: to understand your situation, reply, and take steps you request before a possible engagement.
  • Providing and securing the site: to deliver pages, prevent misuse, diagnose faults, and maintain availability.
  • Improving our services: to understand non-sensitive page and tool usage where you have allowed optional analytics.
  • Operating our business: to keep appropriate business records, protect our legal rights, and meet legal or regulatory duties.

Depending on the applicable law and context, we rely on your request or consent, steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and responding to business enquiries, or a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

We do not use automated decision-making to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

Your assessment and diagnostic inputs stay local

The Critical Software Health Check, Software Launch Readiness Check, Legacy Modernisation Planner, Delivery Risk Scorecard, Architecture Decision Brief Generator, IoT Deployment Readiness Check, and API and Webhook Diagnostic Workbench process their inputs in your browser.

  • Atemon does not receive or store your answers, payloads, headers, decision notes, generated report, or print output.
  • Tool inputs are not sent to third-party artificial intelligence services.
  • The tools do not provide file uploads and should not be used for source code, credentials, databases, confidential files, or personal data.
  • Printing or saving a report is controlled by your browser and device. You are responsible for where the resulting file is stored or shared.

If you follow a link from a result to contact Atemon, only the information you separately enter into the contact form is submitted. Your assessment answers are not attached.

Browser storage and optional analytics

We use essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice. The current preference is stored in your browser's localStorage under atemon_privacy_preference_v1. It records whether optional analytics are allowed and the preference version. It remains until you clear site data or replace the choice.

This essential storage is needed to respect your selection. You can reopen from this page or the footer at any time.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics are disabled unless you allow them. If permitted, we load Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-70TCK0YVLC. We use Google's basic consent approach: the Google tag is not requested and no analytics data is sent to Google before permission.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and sessions. It can receive page visits, session information, approximate location, browser and device information, referring information, and the non-sensitive interaction events described below. Cookie duration and analytics-data retention are controlled by our Google Analytics property settings and applicable browser limits.

Permitted custom events are limited to tool landing views, starts, completions, generated briefs, report prints, redacted-copy selections, successful contact-form submission, and consultation or work call-to-action selections. Events may include a tool identifier or page placement. We do not include assessment answers or scores, diagnostic inputs, decision-brief content, contact details, contact-form content, credentials, or confidential information in analytics events.

Google advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our site configuration. You can withdraw permission through ; this stops future optional analytics from the site in that browser unless you allow it again.

Service providers and sharing

We share personal information only where needed for the purposes described above:

  • EmailJS: the contact form uses EmailJS Pte. Ltd. to transmit your enquiry to Atemon. EmailJS may process request metadata and the message required to provide that service.
  • Google Analytics: if you allow optional analytics, Google LLC processes website and interaction information for measurement and reporting under Google's applicable terms and privacy controls.
  • Hosting and website delivery providers: these providers deliver site files, fonts and interface libraries, and may receive standard network information such as your IP address.
  • Professional advisers or authorities: where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, establish or defend legal rights, comply with law, or respond to a valid request.
  • Business change: information may be disclosed as part of a genuine restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share free-tool answers because those answers are not sent to us.

Links to LinkedIn and other external websites take you to services controlled by their operators. Their privacy policies apply once you leave Atemon's site.

International processing

Atemon is based in India and some service providers, including EmailJS and Google, may process information in other countries. EmailJS states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States and that it uses recognised contractual safeguards for relevant European and UK transfers.

Where applicable law requires it, we use reasonable contractual or other safeguards for international transfers. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. The period therefore depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it becomes a client engagement. Service providers may retain limited logs under their own documented schedules.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the contact form only for an initial, non-confidential description of your situation.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, and review of a concern. These rights may be subject to legal limits or verification of your identity.

  • Change optional analytics permission through .

  • Use our contact form to make a privacy request. Choose “Not specified” and state that your message is a privacy request.

If you believe we have not resolved a privacy concern, you may also complain to the data-protection or privacy authority that applies in your location.
